Meet the Team
Miss Jacqui's Ballerinas was founded by Miss Jacqui in 2013. Miss Jacqui grew up in the UK where she completed her education at The Royal Academy of Dance headquarters in London achieving a Ba hons in Ballet Education and fell in love with teaching!
After travelling to Australia, Miss Jacqui worked in preschools where she discovered the joy of working with this amazing age group. It was here that she decided to combine her love of ballet with this joyous young age of preschoolers. She started classes in her local area and loves being a part of the local community by being involved events such as Christmas nativities and local fundraisers.
Miss Jacqui's Ballerinas is very proud to be a local, community based dance school where little dancers are nurtured and can flourish!

Miss Jacqui was born in the UK and began dancing at the age of 5 years old and has performance experience in ballet, tap and modern. She was lucky enough to have a wonderful dance teacher from the age of 4 to 18 who has been on every step of her dancing journey. Miss Jacqui is an RAD registered teacher and has achieved her RAD Advanced One in Ballet as well as Tap and Modern examinations. She continues her training and nourishes her joy of movement by regularly attending classes at Sydney Dance Company and as well as regular teacher seminars and courses.
She has taught ballet and other styles of dance in both London and Sydney and enjoys sharing her passion for dance through teaching by furthering children’s creative, imaginative and emotional development through art and craft, movement and musical activities.
Miss Jacqui has recently become a first time mum to a gorgeous little boy and can't wait for him to be able to take his first ballet class with her!
Miss Ashleigh grew up in Bowral NSW and has been a passionate dance teacher for the last 6 years, teaching children from the ages of 2.5 up to 17. She trained at The Village Performing Arts in 2014, completing her Certificate IV in dance and then continued her training at The Australian Institute of Music in 2016/17 completing her Bachelor of Music majoring in Musical Theatre.
Ashleigh has trained in all fields of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Ballroom and JFH. Ashleigh has long had connections in the field of children’s entertainment and education as her Mother is a tap teacher and her Father wrote songs for, recorded and performed with The Wiggles for many years. During this time Ashleigh also appeared in the Dorothy the Dinosaur Show as a member of the Rosy Orchestra. It is thanks to these influences and family routes that Ashleigh is a proud and dedicated teacher and performer as well as a strong advocate for creative learning in early childhood education.
Miss Ashleigh is very excited to join Miss Jacqui’s Ballerinas and is looking forward to teaching a nurturing all of the children, and can’t wait to see their beautiful smiling faces!
Miss Krystelle started dancing at the tender age of 3 in the Far North Queensland, at The Graham Academy of Dance, where she achieved distinctions in all her Pre-Primary to Advanced 1 Cecchetti and RAD Ballet Exams. At the age of 8 Krystelle was the youngest individual to be awarded a Cecchetti Scholarship and the only individual to ever receive this scholarship twice. That same year she was also invited to appear in The Queensland Ballet’s production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The following year, Krystelle successfully gained a position in The Australian Ballet Interstate Junior Programme for 5 years where she was offered a full-time position but decided to continue on with her education.
Upon graduating high school Miss Krystelle moved to Sydney at 17 years of age and become a member of the Full Time Dance Programme at Tanya Pearson’s Classical Coaching Academy where she danced with the Sydney City Youth Ballet in productions such as Cinderella and The Nutcracker. It was during this period she was offered a teacher’s position where she help prepare students for RAD exams.
In 2014 Krystelle graduated from The Australian College of Physical Education where she studied for four years and received a Bachelor of Applied Dance. She has also earned her Certificate 3 &4 in Fitness and is a personal trainer.
Miss Maselina has been dancing since she was 3 years of age studying numerous dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and musical theatre. Growing up in Sydney she trained in the selective dance program at Westfields Sports High School before going on to receive her degree at The Australian Institute of Music from 2016/17 with a Bachelor of Music majoring in Musical Theatre.
Maselina is a passionate and devoted performer who has been involved in a number of musicals including Packemin Production’s MAMMA MIA! 2019 and Legally Blonde 2018. Maselina would like to share her love and dedication for dance to eager girls and boys. She can’t wait to see the adorable little performers they will all become!
Miss Gigi was born in Argentina where she got her degree as a Ballet and Contemporary dance teacher at the National School of Dance. She started dancing at the age of three and while she was growing up realised it was her passion. Gigi is also trained in Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Salsa, acting and singing.
Miss Gigi performed both as chorus dancer and actress in different musicals such us: Hairspray, Mamma Mia and Rock of Ages. In 2017 she debuted as a choreographer with “Romeo and Juliet, the Musical”, being a great success in Corrientes Av, where most of the performing arts take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and had the possibility to present it again at the beginning of 2018. In Sydney she stepped on Tom Mann Theatre’s stage presenting “Eclectic Revue” by the Australian College of Dance where she is currently studying.
She has experience teaching both children and adults, focusing in technique and self-awareness, giving private and group lessons, dictating workshops and preparing dancers for competitions. Now Miss Gigi is excited about all the opportunities Sydney has for make her a better teacher and performer.
